these sliders are weird. 'physical' means that applying 100% trim would move the physical rhino stick to its 100% limit. 'virtual' , which can go from -100 to +100, controls how much offset is sent back to the game, to move the virtual stick, becuase of the way the game assumes you have a regular spring center joystick. it makes more sense in elevator- if you shut off the spring force and adjust trim while keeping the stick centered, the plane should not pitch up and down (you will however see the virtual stick moving). the virtual y slider is adjusted to achieve this. if you are not getting proper roll movement, keep physical at 100 but try different values of virtual x, maybe change 10 at a time
