MWhat problem does the sunshine workaround service solve? I’m a bit confused why it needs to exist it if the RPM sets caps. Or does the sunshine rpm not do that properly?

Hyou should always have your current(
ostree:0) and previous (ostree:1) image availableHand if your previous image still has the issue you can rebase to specific dates to try track down when the issue started happening
KOCI images don't support caps
