if you need to restore the default you can copy the file you want to restore from

yeah its only rotated in the bazzite-rotation-fix script so might be some steamos package that rotates it for you for all i know

for now a temp workaround is make a script that does

kscreen-doctor output.1.rotation.normal and add it as an autostart script for desktop
