I plan to serve these videos worldwide, while my R2 bucket is only in one location. So serving through CDN is kinda a must in my use case...

Is it going to be a huge latency delay if I use Bunny on top of R2?

Hey guys, I'm using AWS-SDK package to perform operations like upload & delete files. But there's a problem with s3.deleteObject()s3.deleteObject(), if object exists in R2 Bucket, it will indeed delete file, but there is no valid output from this operation, for example, AWS documentation says to look for deleteMarker in response, but it seems Cloudflare R2 doesn't provide any deleteMarker property, it's always undefined. Matter of fact, response object is itself empty, i.e.

And if object doesn't exists in R2, it should return error but it doesn't, which is makes it impossible to catch errors.
Another thing I tried was to look for status code in response.$responseresponse.$response. Guess what, it's always 204 No Content!

Am I missing something or it's always like that? do I just need to trust that it has successfully performed the operation.

Hello, I would like to migrate an application where about 12 videos are stored from Vimeo to R2 to keep costs as low as possible.

My app has around 50k users who need to watch these videos. I am doing some research, and from what I have read, technically R2 for my use case should cost very little compared to other solutions that have billing based on data traffic, is that true?

The total size of the videos is less than 10 GB, and they are viewed by 50k people per month, totaling approximately 25/50 TB of bandwidth (per month). With alternative solutions, it would cost me more than 10/15k$ per year.

Keep in mind that users watching 1 video will result in a lot more than 1 GetObject request, but otherwise yes it should be a lot cheaper.

Hi, I have just started running the migration script to migrate all images from Cloudflare Images to R2, but looks like I hit rate limits, and there is no clear docs about what I can do about it. We will need to migrate around 3 million images, and I am kind of following this https://github.com/cloudflare/cloudflare-docs/pull/12615 . Also starting migration caused our prod go down because of rate limit applied for all r2 calls and cloudflare images calls.
