the long dark and cloudsync not working.

cloudsync seems to do.....something but not syncing over save files properly. I'm wondering how much wine choices (wine-ge vs proton-ge) change the prefix path and therefore the cloudsync process? Laptop and workstation both running same versions of PopOS same versions of heroic.

yes I've discovered that, does that effect the cloudsync process or does heroic know to look in either path when syncing saves?

I also noticed that TLD save path is slightly differing from what is usual. Keeping saved games in $user/AppData/Local/Hinterland

yes I had observed that but nice to get confirmation of it as well. also it seems proton-ge will default to user 'steamuser' vs actual $USER for wine-ge
