Why is this injustice against me? My account was banned for 10 years without committing any violation of the laws. You have wasted my effort on this game for 5 years, and this is how I will be rewarded. Just be fair for once and give me back my account

Currently there is no human support. Only the support system can help you. Go ingame and on the login page click on support. It is crucial that you answer all questions right else your account can’t be recovered.

When you try to log into your account there should be a popup showing your ban duration and below a way to appeal. Click there and follow the process.

5259530018 was permanently suspended on 2024-02-28 06:31:10 due to modifying game code or data.

We will do a new check in the next 3 business days. If you are unable to log in after this period, it means your appeal is rejected and the suspension will not be lifted.
