So CPU Time != Wall Time. Wall time is the actual time it takes (example: fetching a slow API is wall time) whereas CPU time is the actual work done by the CPU (i.e. hashing an asset is CPU intensive).

So this is allowed on the default Workers Free plan. Each API call might take a second, but you can easily make 10 or 15 of them on the Free plan because each call might only take 1ms of CPU time. It's good to test, you might need the paid plan, but likely not.

Basically one of the things I'm going to need to build soon is outbound webhooks. With the new queue stuff it should be pretty straightforward to do.
