RNo, there is no update to them. Drivers are preincluded in kernel, if they don't work the only thing you can do is make the realtek maintainer know that.

Ri was using fedora workstation prior to bazzite and it had a feature in gnome to lower/increase brightness and enable/disable keyboard backlight using the ambient light sensor on my laptop
