has anyone here used a pulse eight usb cec adapter? I saw bazzite includes libcec so I picked one up and have it connected. Next step is setting it up to control my tv but I'm not sure where the libcec stuff is in the file system.

I asked someone on here how the cec worked before I bought it and they said it was plug and play which seemed a bit odd to me. Usually theres some sort of configuration. It didn't play when I plugged it in (though video signal is passing through fine) so I'm assuming I need to enable these specific services in the read only system somehow?

well I ran the systemctl enable command on them, it ran successfully but the cec still doesnt work. I'll poke around a bit more and see whats going on, maybe its disliking my connection for some reason. I made sure I had the hdmi > Tv connections right but maybe the usb?
