Iso it looks like the .services I want are all there. Do I just need to enable them with like
systemd enable cec-onsleep.service or something?II asked someone on here how the cec worked before I bought it and they said it was plug and play which seemed a bit odd to me. Usually theres some sort of configuration. It didn't play when I plugged it in (though video signal is passing through fine) so I'm assuming I need to enable these specific services in the read only system somehow?
KShould be default enabled, they run a cec controller script

Iwell I ran the systemctl enable command on them, it ran successfully but the cec still doesnt work. I'll poke around a bit more and see whats going on, maybe its disliking my connection for some reason. I made sure I had the hdmi > Tv connections right but maybe the usb?

Kseems like a package conflcit of some kind, I'll see if I can replicate but one of your layers is likely the cause
Tmay not work for your usecase but instead of layering cargo, python stuff, and other development stuff. can you install them inside of a container instead?
SI recently tried to remove waydroid since I didn't need it so I wonder if that has to do anything?

SI'm on the Nvidia image so originally it didn't have waydroid and I wanted it a few months ago so I installed it then but a few days ago I didn't want it anymore.

SI do have 1 issue with the flatpak version of Vivaldi, it seems to go full screen and if I hit the minimise or windowed buttons in the top right it seems to crash.
SWhat I mean by full screened is that the top bar with all the tabs is still there but the Kde plasma dock is covered up by Vivaldi, any idea on how to fix this?
SIf not then I guess it is en experimental update done by the Vivaldi team and I will have to switch to firefox temporarily.
