there will be problems when you go from gnome to kde or kde to gnome so even upstream recommends reinstalling or remaking the users homefolder

IHello, running a fresh Bazzite install (all AMD), it's a reinstall really as my ssd failed the other day. With this new install I keep having games hang, so far has happened three times with death stranding and once with dark souls. I have to reboot when it happens. Wondering what the terminal command to verify or repair the os is? Is it called rebasing with the atomic OS? Anyway wasn't having this issue on the install with the ssd that failed, playing the same games, so I'm wondering what I can do about it.
