Is it possible to edit the options in Logo Menu?
GThere's nothing in .local/share/gnome-shell where I expected to find an extensions directory.
KIt's installed as a system extension, it does have settings
KIf you want to change it you can just install the upstream one so it's in your local directory
GI found it in /usr/share/gnome-shell/extensions/ actually.
GI just wanted to add a few things to it. I couldn't find a way to do that in the settings so I thought I might try adding them manually.

GNo, I guess not. 
KYou could try copying it to your local extension directory
KIt should show up as a user extension you can then change and enable in place of the other one
KJust note that you won't get updates to that extension because of that
KAnd you'll have to manage that yourself

GI can't help myself. I fiddle.
GI'm generally like Bazzite. The only glitch I've run into, and I'm not sure it's with Bazzite, is that everytime I reboot my AppleTV loses its ability to see my Public directory (using WebDAV). It is driving me up the wall. I gotta figure out how to get FTP going and see if that works better. Bit of a fish out of water here.

GYeah, that's just how it came by default for me
