The Task Manager (default) panel disappears on startup, but pretends it is there in the Edit menu.

Ever since I used the default Wallpaper Engine KDE built into Bazzite's desktop menu (which subsequently crashed my entire PC), my "taskbar" (aka Task Manager, in Bazzite) does not show up whenever I turn on my PC. Additionally, this invisible/non-existent taskbar shows up in the Enter Edit Mode in the desktop right-click menu, meaning I have to delete it and re-create it every day. Is there a good solution to this problem?
(Also, since it crashed my PC, Wallpaper Engine completely disappeared from the wallpaper menu in Bazzite. Strange.)

we dont recommend wallpaper engine, it constantly breaks stuff

from login screen or gamemode go into the tty (CTRL+ALT+F5)
log in to your username (when you type in the password it will not show any characters or input at all so just make sure you type correctly)
i dont have the exact file but the easiest would be to just mv ~/.config ~/.config.bakmv ~/.config ~/.config.bak
then type exitexit and try go into your desktop

all your settings will be reset though.
