Jtried comparing with and without hdr, and seems hdr drops my by another 10 fps or so
CAs far as I know that's not bad for HDR since it's +25% data rate

CUnless specifically toggled, Wayland is always vsync

CAnd per-game vsync implementations/settings can actually cause severe performance issues
CWarframe is a notable offender
CIn-game vsync off has less stuttering/rubberbanding, and is still vsync because Wayland
