There is no way to directly limit CPU clocks using the steam sliders and Manual GPU Clock stops work
There is no way to directly limit CPU clocks using the steam sliders and Manual GPU Clock stops working if I put the device to sleep(This might be due to Powertools as another person reported that this setting worked even after sleep for them and they didn't have Powertools installed).
