G@Kyle Gospo I have an extremely strange bug upon rebasing to the stable/latest build from testing. For some reason my 5950x cannot turbo boost anymore and is locked at a max speed of 2.2GHz. In addition it's using the acpi-cpufreq driver instead of amd-pstate.
The CPU is throttled so hard that my computer is ridiculously slow. Switching back to my testing build has no issues

Grpm-ostree status
TMy Intellij Idea keeps freezing up and the only way to get it back is to kill and start again. Only started happening recently. How should I debug this?
