ATemp workaround could be to disable the overlay by overwriting the env variable, then reboot

AOnce the hhd bug is fixed, you can go back to stable with:

SI was able to call some functions under the usb device by echo-ing some numbers at it, bizarrely, calling
calibration_reset
SRunning this through HHD does indeed reset it back to what it was though

AIf hhd does not interfere with the settings you're applying, do a systemctl service and call it a day
