You can customize playnite which is a windows application thing to have games from all your platforms and then choose different themes for how it looks, those "example images" look scarily a lot like some of those themes.
ah. I used playnite when I was on windows. it's really nice, kind of wish there was something like in on linux to get that metadata for non-steam games or self-added Heroic games etc
Curse in the sense that valve may one day decide that this thing we're doing is not okay once SteamOS releases publicly for handhelds as they have earlier promised is also a possibility I can imagine
Im going to work on a project (handheld console and it’s going to use bazzite but it’s going to take a while for it need to learn a lot of things I only know basic stuff on Linux
that's why i've kept my eye on OGUI since Steam really is a curse because we have to shittily hack around Steam so much having a solution with excellent handheld and game controller support would be a godsend but that also takes time and work and effort, time that people don't really have which is why OGUI dev has been so slow
