I'm not saying "This is the downfall of Playtron!" but starting off with the first big media coverage you get with an uncredited video which isn't running 100% on your platform is not how you fain trust with the community you're trying to build. I do hope Playtron does well (And hopefully does well in a way that benefits the FOSS community) but antics like this are how you get people to instantly have distrust in you.
I think the only reason it gets brought up other than that is to work around a Helldivers 2 quirk with virtual controllers, as soon as you use what it considers a virtual mouse input with one of the joysticks it locks the whole thing up. Apparently usbip or virtualhere get around that somehow. I’m just repeating info I’ve seen though
https://discord.gg/lizardbyte-804382334370578482 probably easiest to give yourself a dev role and mention it in #dev-user-chat. They have a features request section on GitHub but that’s more for regular users rather than devs with proposals. That channel and PRs are their preferred methods for devs from what I’ve seen.
they can be very hot and cold on stuff. like last time someone working on Bazzite mentioned porting sunshine to copr they were totally unwilling, but then just a few months later they made a total 180 on it when I asked about it in discord lmao
i start moonlight through steam with steam input enabled for dualsense 5 and set the desktop layout to gamepad thats how i get it working since moonlight handles the controllers
but thats linux to windows, havent tested linux to linux yet with it
