GDistrobox is my go to for any CLI programs as well
KI have 3 devices to use, and only code on one of them, the one with Windows, which is my laptop, my Linux desktop and my Steam Deck is for gaming
GI also have all the python dependencies and scripts for loading AI models in a container
KI do web-dev so it's not really complicated, maybe that is why I never had to use it up until now, only need like, Node and that's it
KI am full-time web dev and my web-dev tools all run in distrobox
