I think I made a mistake in what I said, the worker indeed fetches the page and makes a request to the API to get the updated data at the same time

Thanks Chaika and Brandon. It seems like Cache Reserve could also work for us and might actually be the right fit then. Currently I just extended the cache to 1 hour and will probably work on enabling Cache Reserve next week.

A question regarding the Analytics GraphQL API, I am using httpRequestsAdaptivehttpRequestsAdaptive with a very specific timestamp.
At the same time I have a request that is using the count of httpRequestsAdaptiveGroupshttpRequestsAdaptiveGroups.

I have count: 7, yet the first request only return 1 result in it's response. Any idea?

I'm really at my wits end here, there is a CF issue effecting multiple datacenters across my country. I got a business plan but because of the ongoing billing is not recognized as a business account. I made an ticket in regards to the first issue 10 days ago filled with info and debugging and have gotten no response. Then 4 days ago i made a ticket pleading to see if my account could somehow be fixed to business and have also gotten no response. At this point i see no other option then to drop cloudflare to mitigate the problem but that would leave the sites venerable to ddos attacks so its a risk. Is there ANY way to get in contact with a human at cloudflare before i proceed?
