I guess. It's a very simple Worker so I don't want to add too much to it. Tailing will do the job for now. Otherwise I'll move the code in a route and test it that way

You can't. If you have a specific URL, you can check whether something is cached for that value, but you can't ask for arbitrary cached items

I believe you get that error when you hit this limit: https://developers.cloudflare.com/workers/platform/limits/#log-size
