The Add R2 Subscription screen appeared, visible from an account that never used R2. Once I subscribed again, all the files in the bucket remained, but they were inaccessible for the duration of the subscription being removed.
We are storing some MP3 files in R2 which are played in an android app. We are seeing many errors when trying to play these files. The error received is like "UnrecognizedInputFormatException" i.e it doesn't recognize the file as MP3. I'm guessing this is because somehow the URL is not accessible for these users. Most of our users are based out of India. Anyone else facing connectivity issues from India to R2? Looking around in the forums, there have been these reports. Any workarounds?
@Erisa | Support Engineer Can you help me too? I trying set up R2 Custom Domains with some my domains and all of them have Unknown status. What info needed?
In the following blog - posted yesterday, in an image you can see event notifications from R2. Is this already available, or is this still something that's coming?
Hi team, We are using R2 as a temporary location for files and media exchange. The upload /download happens from various locations worldwide and recently we are noticing the following issue: the major part of the media/file uploads / downloads with normal speed, at the end it slows down and overall user experience is slow upload /download. Can you please check what can cause this issue ?
solved it last night by myself. apparently, ovhcloud enables dnssec by default, but doesn't set a ds record & once you disable it and try to reenable it it won't work anymore
