It's pretty common on Warthog/Cougar for the tailstock to get a little loose. One of the screws is accessible from outside but the other is inside so it needs to be opened up to tighten it and I can see they carried this design over to the F18 grip.

There's an old forum post floating around of someone who did. The center depress won't work unless you sacrifice another button somewhere, and you have to widen the mounting hole and jury rig it a lot

Has anybody modified their rhino base to give freedom of movement along all four corners? I have noticed that my rhino has pretty restricted movement in each corner, making simultaneous full elevator and aileron deflection impossible

hey m8 this might not be the best solution but it may get you through in the mean time; try a large piece of plywood on the floor under your pit, have 4 holes drilled in it & use some bolts to mount the Rhino to it. This would depend on being able to remove/move the horizontal support bar in front of the seat.
