KYou need to be on an Enterprise plan with the Bot Management add-on to use that

NAn API I'm using requires IP whitelisting for access. I assume I have to pay for some static IP proxy to use it? If so, does anyone have any they could recommend?
HIf you can whitelist IP ranges, then you should be able to use Workers
