Is there a reason they choose to have those options in the path vs. as a query parameter?
Anything I should keep in mind regarding headers or the server-side implementation on cloudflare? Any examples out there to look at?

I am trying to set up presigned urls so people can upload from browser. I get the OPTIONS request to return 204 - no content. Which is great. The preflight request is passing, but then the actual PUT request fails with 403 forbidden. What am I missing? I am not connecting the dots. Thank you

For R2 event notifications, the object-create event states that: "Triggered when new objects are created or existing objects are overwritten". What happens if a file is uploading and connection is lost? Will that fire an object-create event?
