I completely understand that email forwarding services can be temperamental, but at the time I had assumed this would be as reliable as Cloudflare's other services. These emails are not critically important, but as with all emails, I'd quite like to be able to read them.

I am just a little concerned that this is a repeating problem and there hasn't been a massive amount of communication towards a solution. I would imagine that everyone using this service, regardless of the importance of their emails, are using it to consistently forward emails. I completely understand that this isn't directly Cloudflare's fault here, but I'm just a bit confused as to if I should be staying with this product if it is struggling to fullfil its core objectives and is showing little sign of improvement.
