How much trouble is it going to be to rebase bazzite off F40 with the Plasma changes that are upcoming? Or is this like.. A mostly non issue because of atomic os's.

After update to the latest kernel 6.7.11-200.fc39.x86_64, I am unable to shut down my system. When I select shut down, my screen moves to the black page where it displays the device manufacturer logo and Fedora logo. Then it just stays there indefinitely.
