Unable to shut down/reboot/sleep system after kernel 6.7

Hi there, I am still facing this issue since kernel 6.7. Reboot,Shutdown or Sleep hungs. On kernel 6.6 this issue was not present. Any info you need from me so I can help, please tell me. Fedora 39 with latest kernel 6.8.4-200.fc39.x86_64 on DELL XPS 13 9320 using LUKS. Thanks!

Unable to shut down system after latest kernel update

After update to the latest kernel 6.7.11-200.fc39.x86_64, I am unable to shut down my system. When I select shut down, my screen moves to the black page where it displays the device manufacturer logo and Fedora logo. Then it just stays there indefinitely. Reverting back to the previous kernel 6.7.10-200.fc39.x86_64 avoids this issue. A quick ...
