BI am pretty sure that with this change in place, bluefin/aurora and bazzite (with the PR you merged) will all still build cleanly
BI didn't put PRs in for those downstreams to copy in the kernel version stuff directly, but... unless overriding kernels, etc, they should inherit the correct labels
EYup, they'll just inherit the label from HWE. Bazzite installs fsync so it will need changes but that's all that comes to mind. Should have time to snag it tomorrow (nothing build breaking)

J@Kyle Gospo fedora releases on tuesday, ubuntu on thursday. I'm thinking actually releasing asap as soon as the tags can go live on tuesday, and then run the announcements and stuff on wednesday
