This PR uses them to provide correct labels on images produced.

I didn't put PRs in for those downstreams to copy in the kernel version stuff directly, but... unless overriding kernels, etc, they should inherit the correct labels

Yup, they'll just inherit the label from HWE. Bazzite installs fsync so it will need changes but that's all that comes to mind. Should have time to snag it tomorrow (nothing build breaking)
