okay so there are two forces downwards in the filled balloon Tcosθ + mg and upwards theres is a buoyant force and since you can't get this part that probably means you dont know abt it or you cant identify so ill explain, buoyant force is exerted on the object when it is completely in a fluid or is partially surrounded by it and that upward force is called as force of buoyance. its magnitude is weight of fluid displaced in which the object is kept. to find out the weight of fluid displaced it will be density of air x volume of balloon x gravity

we had to take mass of helium as the mass in mg because there was no mention of mass in the q
density= mass/volume, density x volume= mass
