PUpgrade to 40 was pretty seamless! Only thing I've noticed not working was the wallpaper engine wallpapers, but that's about it so far.

Kwe aren't able to customize gamemode logs. It updates your flatpaks, your distrobox containers, your firmware, the OS, and steam itself

Kupdating from desktop via System Update app will always update the OS

Athanks now it does someting. I was frustrated because I can't choose app versions in Flathub, but I need the LTS version of Blender. I use that on my other computer and it should match because of the crowdrender plugin

MSo I was able to update my PC but now it just boots to desktop mode, and if I double-click 'return to gaming mode' I get a black screen, then the screen shuts off and I have restart my PC. I was previously on the deck image.

T-deckdesktop images do not
MMeaning I was on a -deck image. My PC always booted to gaming mode. I updated to the new release and now when I power it on it goes straight to desktop mode and won't enter the deck UI mode at all.
