thanks now it does someting. I was frustrated because I can't choose app versions in Flathub, but I need the LTS version of Blender. I use that on my other computer and it should match because of the crowdrender plugin

So I was able to update my PC but now it just boots to desktop mode, and if I double-click 'return to gaming mode' I get a black screen, then the screen shuts off and I have restart my PC. I was previously on the deck image.

Meaning I was on a -deck image. My PC always booted to gaming mode. I updated to the new release and now when I power it on it goes straight to desktop mode and won't enter the deck UI mode at all.

In the end had no luck with ventoy because of BS Lenovo legion uefi, rolled with fedora writer and all is well. Had no issues on a Thinkpad with kinoite

Ooop just realized why I wasn't upgradable to f40 on deck stable... I had manually rolled back after the April 6th kernel update borked my built in controller on the Loki Max. Just rebased stable.
