by default linux ports take priority over windows

So just tested sleep on the newest deck stable build on the Loki Max. Quick pressing the power button fully shuts down the device now instead of sleeping it, but selecting the sleep option from the steam menu works fine.

I used to get 120 fps on 1080p on Genshin (unlocked frame limit) now I can't get stable 60. And my card NEVER gets hotter than 55C, the fans don't even spin after boot.
