RI used to get 120 fps on 1080p on Genshin (unlocked frame limit) now I can't get stable 60. And my card NEVER gets hotter than 55C, the fans don't even spin after boot.

throttle_status, indep_throttle_status for RX 7900 XTX (Sapphire NITRO+ RX 7900 XTX Vapor-X) available from gpu_metrics almost always shows TEMP_HOTSPOT, even when idling.

RI think something is messed up in the thermals logic in the kernel driver. The card itself is fine but the driver tries to limit it
