DThe real problem is that it occurred even on a rollback. Usually if I have some minor issues I just roll back and continue my work

DMaybe I misconfigured sddm? I changed the theme yesterday from the fedora one to the default kde one but I didn't think it would cause problems

DWell it's fixed now. Hopefully it doesn't happen again. The reason I switched to atomic fedora was so I'd have extra insurance against breakage. Not blaming the bazzite maintainers though this is probably just a kde thing

DI rebooted a few times, restarted sddm in a tty, and then logged in and updated. After that it worked as expected

HOh that’s actually my issue 
VAfter the move to Plasma 6, a number flatpaks have not been displaying properly in dark mode. I searched in here and found this comment and was able to fix OnlyOffice. After that I noticed that all of the improperly acting apps are GTK apps, and I was able to "fix" them by applying the same flatpak override to each GTK based flatpak. Are others finding this needs to be done. Is there a way to get GTK flatpaks to be properly dark under Plasma without having to manually overwrite the theme for each one?
NHa! Found it. V-Sync has to be on in game. Did the gamescope-session change in v3? I assume v2.5 forced V-Sync?

WSame issue here. I'm reverted to 39 for now; thankfully gamescope still works there.
