ORunning a system update from Fedora 39 did the trick. We're rolling.
JThank you after a few reboots it fixed itself but I’ll keep this in mind for next time
Jif it's what I think, you're not alone with this issue, in my case just giving the power button a tap and letting it shutdown on its own and rebooting seems to bring it back
Vdont trust apple with a damn thing... i refuse to even trust them to handle VR properly

AIs bazzite better than fedora kde for desktop use?
OMaybe I'm biased (rocking Bazzite on my daily driver laptop and Steam Deck) but I think it's pretty solid for desktop use
OBazzite is what made me jump ship from Windows finally lol
SDepends on what you want to do.
I like Bazzite for desktop because it's container based, an update will never ruin your system, and has batteries included (like updated graphics drivers)

Mthe only reason I initially switched from fedora workstation to ublue is because I couldn't install nvidia drivers and have them function

OFor general use, most applications are available as flatpaks, Steam and Lutris are there for games. If you need a more in-depth system, Distrobox is there and is very tightly integrated to the point where I forget it's not the base system sometimes
Mthough, went from the silverblue images to bazzite because the steam RPM wouldn't install the silverblue image

KI used it a lot too, but it's been fine just switching to desktop mode at least for my use cases.

SNested desktop has been removed in the latest fedora 40/Bazzite 3.0 update, as it's not fully supported there yet.
