if I can Hitman 3 at max settings with raytracing at 60 fps on my displays, I don't think it matters

hyper-v can do it and that's built into windows

hyper-v is pretty bad for linux (and bsd) vms but handles windows vms itself really well since it's, well, by microsoft themselves
