Submit support ticket as a free user?
Hi it seems like I accidently activated the pro plan? Just received an email with an invoice and was confused.
I immidiatly checked why, so I downgraded to the free plan. I did not use the pro plan at all. Is there a way to contact the team regarding the invoice.
I don't want to pay for something which I did not use. (I know it was probably my mistake, though I am not sure why I activated the pro plan).
