CAnyone else experiencing battery life issues with Bazzite vs SteamOS on steam deck OLED? Vampire survivors went from ~12-13 hrs to half that for me
Dive had the opposite experience actually, games run slightly more efficiently
Di would advise to let your battery drain to 0% and recharge it back to 100%, but theres a bug that can brick your steam deck if you do that
Dto my knowledge that has not been fixed yet
WI have a suspicion that the pre-loaded flatpaks in the installer is failing if your selected language isn't English or it fails for some languages. Not sure if that is the issue though. Try English US when installing and see if that works.
Sis there any way to customize the quick settings menu so that text isn't cut off like wifi/bluetooth names
Dif you reinstall steamos does battery life go back to normal?
CI haven’t tried reinstalling SteamOS because I set up emudeck before I realized it and that took a long time
CI can try the drain and charge from 0-100 though and see if that helps. I’m really into Bazzite so I’m gonna try and make this work
Dno im saying dont do that, it can break your steam deck
Dplenty of people have ran into an issue similar to yours, they let the battery drain and the deck locks up, wont reboot anymore

CHad an error prompt complaining about 'corrupt EAC hash catalogue' in Chivalry 2, kept verifying the files and it wouldn't go away - went into the game's EAC folder, deleted everything under /Certificates and verified game files again; fixed. Thanks, Epic.

MIs there a different way to see ram frequency? lshw says 505Mhz which... I'm not even sure if it's possible for my RAM to clock that low
PHave you seen cases where my kargs dont have the "rotate_panel_orientation" but TTY is actually rotated

MI have found someone else with the exact same weirdness of memory clock being reported by lshw as 505Mhz

Minxi and dmidecode both say 3600 MT/s so I'm going to assume that those are correct and lshw isn't

TLegion Go :testing update - QAM resolved (thanks antheas), external monitor resolution issue persists. Automatic resolution setting doesn’t work properly, and when manually set to the native resolution you can’t properly choose FPS cap (also blanks out when leaving the menu). When my monitor is at 120hz, options to choose via slider are 17fps or 119fps. When at 144hz mode options to choose are undefined fps or 143.
