Know that I'm restarting from scratch, and I'm facing the step where I install Steam on my device, I wonder, should I install Flatpak or native? on my Steam Deck it has native Steam (it has SteamOS, not Bazzite), forever I used Steam as a flatpak on my computer, and as a native on my Deck, but now I can simply use native instead, so I can make both devices as close as possible to eachother

I've used "ujust configure-grub" to unhide grub, but it seems to only show it for a couple boot cycles after I set it, and then hide it again.
I think hitting escape during boot is also supposed to show it, but it seems like if I hit it too early it brings me to bios settings, and if I hit it too late it displays output of all the services and stuff starting during boot.
I'm wondering how I can reliably access grub.
