Hread install guide, that portion takes a long time since it is installing the whole system image, once that is done the bar jumps to finished since there is no tracking between "deployment start" and "deployment finished" and we can do nothing about it

Aand when you do that and build an image its 2x smaller and it spreads them around 50 layers
Aso when you update you only pull some of those layers
