RThanks for your help -- one last question that maybe you know the answer too re: the "Serve stale content while revalidating".
It gives you these three states (attached). It's clear which state would disable it, but it's not clear which state would enable it -- the first state has me worried it's enabled by default
For us, we'd just want to describe the cache behaviour with origin headers, e.g.

HUh, not entirely sure on that one. Might be a try it and see situation?

CNAME records normally can not be on the zone apex. We use CNAME flattening to make it possible.HHave you added the apex to Custom Domains in Pages?

RI also see this in the console, I guess it's something to do with how tailwind is built on deployment, but I am not sure where to start with debugging

JI doubt they would put extra time, money, and resources into a feature that would actively hinder their methods of making money (it would make people more cautious, which means they wouldn’t reach the limit as fast and/or wouldn’t hit it at a vital time).
