I've had issues in the past where I logged in and everything was normal, then it kicked me out and I had to log in again. But no overt crashes.

As far as the Steam Deck goes, faster updates and expanded peripheral compatibility, as well as being able to layer packages on top of the system without them being wiped every update (see Waydroid)
