I saw a post a while back where when you were users were gaming with a controller that it wasn't detected as user input and the device tried and failed to go to sleep while gaming. It's a long shot but could you try and turn off "sleep after x minutes of no input" feature in the Energy saving menu

it also looks like you might be getting a crash when the wifi drops and is trying to reauthenticate wlp3s0: send auth to f8:1a:2b:21:b4:f4 (try 1/3)wlp3s0: send auth to f8:1a:2b:21:b4:f4 (try 1/3) this was consistent in the both logs

Ok so seem xdg-desktop-portal-kde has no configuration to add a screen chooser script as wlr does, so other than layering xdg-desktop-portal-wlr and modifying XDG_DATA_DIRS to avoid setting wlr as default... Gonna try if I can setup a bazzite deck VM and see if I can manage to test that.
