Dessentially seems to only work for joystick and not pedals
Nthat's because it tries to send the PID/SN of the device when opening configurator (even though it doesn't work which reminds me I need to make a FR to walmis to allow passing the device details via args to configurator). Since you are trying from the master instance, and there is no device, it is (silently) throwing an exception because there is no SN. If you showed the child instance window (pedals) and opened it from there, it would work.
No point in having the device information passed unless/until its supported by configurator so I'll fix that.

Phmmm been haviong this issue more recently- noticed directly with phantom whereby the stick is offset centre forwards...
Pbut now - given that I've reset the config, the circle ( virtual centre is up at the top ????!?!?
Pif I click Sticky for spring then the circle moves back to the centre
Phaving said that either way- the joystick tends to 'vibrate/quiver'
Pany thoughts ?
PIf I run msfs or dcs thibngs seem to stabilise
Pand I'm now exited and closed down telem and joystick returns to normal centered circel

TAs a test of the device connection.
Turn/twist the potentiometer completely to the OFF.
With your settings (above) that says the Pot is set to Sping gain.
That should remove all spring tension from the Rhino.
Now move the stick side to side.
Does it stay?
Now turn the potentiometer to full and the Rhino should spring to center.
That shows the Rhino is connected and speaking to the software.
After that you need to start the telem app (update as needed) and start a game!

LDid you hear a beeping sound when you connected power and USB ? Is the stick not centering when you turn the knob? What simulator are you testing?
Lalso it may feel be a bit strange with 100% friction (check the slider)
DThank you both! Have to apologize, the issue was sitting right in friont of the display!! When I did the Auto calibration something went wrong, everything (forces, etc.) were set to 0 and all forces were gone. When I reaplied my settings I forgot to send it to the device! Shame on me!
DSo forces are back and I'll retry my config in DCS
WI suggest reducing max Damper and Friction sliders to 30-40% so It won't become unstable if some app tries to create a damper at 100%

I have absolutely no idea how to really use a pc, I’ve got the rhino plugged in and downloaded whatever it was, I have found the file vp force config, clicked on it.
I’ve got a big red cross plus Qt5Charts.d11 not found.
Wtf is that and how do I proceed?

Nif you are getting an error like that with the configurator software, you probably copied or moved the exe out if its folder or you are trying to run it from inside the zip file without extracting it first. You must unzip the whole package downloaded from https://vpforcecontrols.com/usb/rhino/ and unzip it to your PC (location is not important). Then run the VPforce_FFB_Configuratyor.exe file that is in the resulting directory.
BI also recommend setting both the configurator and especially your folder for telemffb as folder exclusions in windows defender.

BOr defender loves to go in panic mode over telemffb and delete the executable when you try to launch it.
IWhen I have my Rhino plugged into the same USB hub as my X56 throttle, I get phantom button presses on the lower 3 momentary switches on the throttle. I resolved this by plugging the Rhino directly into the computer instead of the hub, but I thought I'd put it out there for anyone else possibly experiencing something similar.
II was flying along and my gear would just randomly start coming out and sometimes the drag parachute in the phantom would deploy since those are all bound to those 3 switches 
Fis that a powered hub or an unpowered one?
IIt's either. When I'm playing DCS, it's unpowered since I use that plug for the Rhino's PSU. Could be why.
FI am pretty sure that the x56 is allergic to unpowered hubs. might be the case in general for controllers. don't know
IIt seems to work totally fine when just my pedals/throttle are plugged in. The moment I add the Rhino is when things start to become weird.
IMaybe those 2 devices are the limit.

Do you guys have a BestBuy Geeksquad or Computer home set up service place?
You need an ongoing service to deal with potential update/upgrade and maintenance issues so you just need a local service.
The guys there will be killer at not just setting up this rig but if you get some crazy 6DOF they can help with that as well.
IF you can’t do it.. Don’t screw it up messing with stuff.
Just call BestBuy or whatever is local and pay the right people.
Computer set up people will do this easy and fast.
AND if something breaks in an update or some windows 11 bulllllllllll S (don’t get me started)
They are on the hook and only a phone call away to fixing you right up.
That’s the way not just to get flying but to get someone on the hook for keeping you there.

QSorry for the noob question. I was altering the settings for the UH-1H (DCS) in TelemFFB and it just closed down. I tried launching it again.. and it closed down after a second on screen... I redownloaded the latest TelemFFB and extracted it and launched it and it closes down after 1 second. I have rebooted and get the same behaviour...
Any ideas? Is there a log file produced to trace these kind of 'behaviours'?

OI’m struggling to find anyone near me, there are computer shops but nothing around to help with the simulator set up.

Sim trying to print the files for the design by protomaker and the first few printed good but now for some reason my nozzle keeps running into the infill i tried recalibrating the printer and changing the offset but its still happening does anyone know a possible fix?

Si figured out a solution using gyroid infill seems to fix the problem

PWould there be a reason why my x axis seems to be the most susceptible to instability? if it's ever an effect that causes a motor self protect it's always affecting the x axis. I can send pics of settings.
Pok I keep getting x axis shut down in the kiowa. it happening when using telemffb. I've gone through & set effects down fairly low I'm not sure why it's still occurring. Could my overall settings be affecting telemffb & stability? I have always had to have inertia & friction set rather low, like 10% in settings & 10% in effects tab in config app.
Pok ETL effect is the cause. I had it on 20% it is now on 5% I'll test again
