Asometimes you just need sheer brute force to do thing, i didnt expect force needed to properly seat ram or pushing cpu lever
MI didn’t want to scuff the LE case

Dfor some reason i thought i had it hidden when i reimaged my desktop, i updated, then suddenly i started seeing it, got confused

Aif pwm makes your head hurts i guess, luckily im not really affected by it
Amy old yoga laptop has that and people were complaining about pwm dimming

Rthe weird crashing to login screen happens again... mostly when starting steam
Ralso happened once when i launched discord
Rdesktop freezes for two seconds, i get kicked to the login screen, and afterwards one or more settings are reset like all extensions turned off or my bluetooth turns off and cant be turned on again until i fully reboot

Pthis will come to you with practice, not worth damaging a steam deck to learn the hard way
Peventually you will find that sorta thing easy if you pull enough things apart

BI'm in a dilemma, on the one Hand I would Love to have an MSI Claw (I would offer to test things until IT works) but an Legion Go looks so good too.

MYou are going to have a much better Linux experience with the legion go
Meven the way the msi claw does basic stuff is convoluted and a mess to sort through from what I understand
BI recall lenovo even embracing Linux somehow correct me If I'm wrong
Mthey at least acknowledge its existence for the legion go and support it on their business laptops

HYou need windows for firmware updates and controller updates though but I got an external with windows 11 to go on it for that
MI had one and liked it but not enough to keep when I already had an Ally and the OLED Deck came out right as the return period was ending for my go
HI use my go as a hybrid handheld and laptop
HJust bring a keyboard with me
HAnd my deck is dedicated 100% handheld
BWhat speaks to me somehow is the possibility to replace controllers
