x11 doesnt even work on my destkop for whatever reason, dont even have a choice (and not complaining).

i did however manage to get mixed refresh rate working on my multi monitor setup back when i used awesomewm, and it was a hacky workaround but it worked

cant remember how i did it though, too long ago, set and forget.

my only gripe with wayland is each time i open obs, because of my layout i have to accept 5 portal popups and fix my scenes each time

since the sources will be capturing the wrong thing (since the portal popup doesnt tell me which scene i am currently selecting for)

@Kyle Gospo I calibrated screen with DisplayCAL flatpak on Gnome Wayland successfully.
Didn't know that it doesn't work in KDE Wayland the same way.

the last email I had from timothee sounded that it should just be a transition in F41, like we push those and then everything should "just work" but I think we're waiting for new rpm-ostree and bootc releases in 40 to prep for that, but I am not sure.

when/if anyone is free at any point i made a small change to toggle-updatetoggle-update 2 weeks ago to be a bit smarter so it now actually shows the correct state and stuff depending on ublue-update is available or not

but I would suggest replacing grep in the "enabled/disabled" checks with bash [[ ]][[ ]]
Something like this:

if [[ $(systemctl is-enabled ublue-update.timer 2> /dev/null) =~ [Ee]nabled ]]; then

if [[ $(systemctl is-enabled ublue-update.timer 2> /dev/null) =~ [Ee]nabled ]]; then

the [Ee][Ee] part in [Ee]nabled[Ee]nabled is just to make it case insensitive

systemctl only returns the string in lowercase last time i checked on fedora so i personally do not see a point in making it case insensitive

if it was an arg then yes i would make it case insensitive like we do for the just args
