It does return a Response. The trick is though, you can wrap your variable in a Response and cache it. It doesn't have to be a Response from an actual Web Server

Basically anything that can be parsed as a URL. So

hey folks! i'm trying to deploy my worker via the github action:

it deploys fine, but the env vars are never set.

what am i missing? i don't need to specify those names in wrangler.toml, right?
